Claude Bachand (born January 3, 1951) in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec.
A Quebec politician, Bachand is currently a Bloc Québécois member of the Canadian House of Commons, representing the riding of St-Jean since 1993. Bachand was an educator. Bachand is the National Defence critic for the Bloc.
